Peel Community Summit Declaration of Intent (September 30 and October 1, 1994)

Declaration of Intent signed at a Community Summit sponsored by the Regional Municipality of  Peel Police Services Board  that took place on September 30 and October 1, 1994.

We, the undersigned, publicly declare our commitment to the fostering of a safe and secure community through local partnerships and initiatives, through a sense of ownership of both problems and solutions, and through pride in what has been and will be achieved in the Region of Peel.

    Governments run many covert disinformation ops for specific purposes being distraction, creating the opposite effect as to what is seen on the surface, embedding specific resentment in one area to detract from all similar areas, and draconian of all; to capture marketing information by electronic cookie identification, source tracking, and even virus infection of who the target group is by visitors of the site as to whom are to be dealt with.

    Referral email link monitoring can even be tracked to see the chain of progression of who’s network on a time line basis directs X visitors.

    This allows for systematic algorithms to be gauged in the propaganda war for action; reaction; and then target market action.
